General Pricing and Rates

In-store repairs are always based on competitive pricing, and low cost. Generally, for anything less than 15 minutes’ worth of time and simple to solve we waive charges (i.e. did you press the power button? did you clear cache? push updates? Etc.)
However, when there is a need to formally receive a device and perform diagnostics, this requires our time and is a standard $50 diagnostic fee that is applied as a credit.
After our diagnostic and analysis, we will reach out to the customer with options and our recommendations for the best course of action (i.e. if something is not worth repairing, we will tell you it’s not worth repairing!).
For on-site and remote support, prices can vary depending on the nature, complexity and severity of the issues involved. General prices range $150/hr for hardware services (i.e. cabling, printers, routers, machine installations, etc.) and $250/hr for software services (i.e. infosec/cybersecurity incidence response, data management, software consulting, etc.).
