When we receive a device and perform diagnostics, there is a standard $45 diagnostic fee that is applied as a credit. After our diagnostic and analysis, we will reach out to you and walk through your options to give our honest recommendation on the best path forward (i.e. if something is not worth repairing, we will tell you it’s not worth repairing!).
