Our technicans will upgrade hardware, improve speed, terminate any unwanted programs and make sure that your computer is revved up for your next virtual venture.

Technician Work Time: 1 to 2 hours

A Planet Cyber Technician will:

• Update all hardware drivers
• Install a single software title
• Perform system updates and improve PC speed/performance, (including but not limited to;) startup/shutdown optimization, Windows updating, menu navigation improvement, quick launch, taskbar cleanup and program shortcut creation
• Configure basic security functions, including antiphishing, blocking pop-ups in Internet browser
• Remove unwanted programs and trialware
• Personalize user accounts (if applicable)
• Update requested game settings
• Test and make sure the PC hardware/software performs appropriately
