Premium Wireless Networking

Update your PC/Mac, computer peripherals and other compatible devices with wireless network connectivity with this Premium wireless networking service. Our technicians will set up your home /office computer’s wireless router and network connection with your ISP, enable wireless encryption, and troubleshoot connectivity issues. Technicians will also connect six to eight computers/devices with the network.

Technician Work Time: 3 to 4 hours

A Planet Cyber Technician will:

• Set up and configure your wireless network connection with your ISP
• Install a wireless router to your ISP modem and update router firmware
• Update your SSID/administrator username (if applicable)/administrator password
• Allow wireless network encryption for added security
• Network six to eight compatible computers/ devices, (including but not limited to;) file/ print servers, (network-ready) printers, TVs/home theater equipment/VoIP devices/game consoles/Apple TV/TiVo/media center extenders/Slingbox
• Test your wireless connection for optimum functionality
• Troubleshoot connectivity issues, reconfiguration and reconnection to the Internet (if applicable)

The following are not included with this service:

• Computer repair
• Computer hardware or software troubleshooting
