Software included with this service.

Technician Work Time: 1 to 2 hours

A Planet Cyber Techicians will:

• Install antivirus/antispyware software with latest virus definitions and application updates
• Enable system updates, improve PC speed/performance, startup/shutdown optimization, Windows update, menu navigation improvement, quick launch and taskbar cleanup/program shortcut creation
• Allow basic security functions and enable antiphishing, pop-up blocker in Internet browser
• Remove unwanted programs and trialware
• Personalize user accounts (if applicable)
• Make a backup restore cd (if requested)
• Test and ensure for optimal functionality of PC hardware and software
