Bring the Virtual Reality Experience to your Special Event

Scenario 1 – Bring your guests to Planet Cyber in Canoga Park

Your guests will be sitting in the viewing area, and as each person’s turn comes up they will experience VR for 5-15 minutes each. A dedicated Planet Cyber host will help manage the  VR headset and accessories, from guest to guest. Guests can see what the VR person see’s on a large screen TV, or they can play on the cyber cafe gaming computers until their turn is called.

One VR Station – The rate will be $175 per hour.
Two VR Stations – The rate will be $299 per hour.

Scenario 2 – We bring the VR  Experience to your Event

We send out our equipment and personnel to your event. We send out our VR host(s), with a delivery van loaded with VR headset(s), VR computer(s), big screen TV(s), and back drop.  This price is if you are within a 5-mile radius. If your event location is further out, the price will be different.

Week Days

One VR Station – The rate for this is $450 for the 1st hour, $175 for every additional hour.
Two VR Stations – The rate for this is $750 for the 1st hour, $325 for every additional hour.

Weekends

One VR Station – The rate for this is $650 for the 1st hour, $250 for every additional hour.
Two VR Stations – The rate for this is $850 for the 1st hour, $375 for every additional hour.

• For in-store events, we need a 3-5-day advanced notice and reservation.
• For events at your venue we need a 2-week advanced notice and reservation.
