A Planet Cyber Technician will:

• Install two hardware components on your system
• Update your system, improve speed, performance, (including but not limited to) ; startup/shutdown optimization, updating Windows, quick launch, cleanup the taskbar, and creating program shortcuts
• Put in basic security functions, (including but not limited to); antiphishing, blocking pop-ups on the internet browsers
• Configure basic security functions, including antiphishing, blocking pop-ups in Internet browser
• Remove unneccesary programs/ trialware and install one software
• Personalize user accounts (if applicable)
• Update requested game settings
• Test and make sure the hardware/software works without any problem
