Technicians will also make sure all updates/software fixes/security enhancements are up to date

Technician Work Time: 2 to 3 hours

A Planet Cyber Technician will:

• Troubleshoot one computer using our specialized tools
• Quiz all software/hardware installed on the device for correct functions
• Inform you with an estimated cost for hardware repair(s)/upgrade(s) needed to provide a complete problem solver
• Terminate any unneeded startup items/unneeded programs
• Apply our specialized “Tweaks” modifications and all critical operating system updates
• Terminate any dust buildup from within the computer
